Driving Test in Mumbai

All of us are aware about drink-drive-dash incidents that have become such a common place in Mumbai. It started with bollywood macho-man Salman Khan running his car over people sleeping on the footpath. Next was a Standard Chartered Bank senior official manging to do the same in Prabhadevi. The recent one happened in Bandra, again, when a 20-something, under the influence of alcohol, ran his car over the ones sleeping on the footpath.
